These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of seanthebuilder.com and to calls and text messages with SEAN S ADAMS dba Sean The Builder ("Sean The Builder," "STB," "we," "us"), a licensed California contractor, CSLB #874309, 7109 Gerald Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91406. By using our website or texting with us, you agree to these Terms.

Content on this website is general information about our services. It is not an estimate, offer, or contract. Any construction work is governed only by a separate written contract signed by you and Sean The Builder. You agree not to misuse the website or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

• Program: Sean The Builder customer care texts from (747) 350-1938.
• What we send: customer care replies to your texts and questions, and follow-ups after you call us (for example, confirming we received your message and that our team will call you back). No marketing blasts or purchased lists.
• How you opt in: you agree to receive texts by saying yes when our automated assistant asks "May we text you a follow-up at this number?" during a call, or by texting us first. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Msg frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. For help, you can also email info@buildezr.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Text, photos, logos, and other website content belong to Sean The Builder or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

The website is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Sean The Builder is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or text messaging service.
